1. How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping time: 6–12 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total estimated delivery: 7–14 business days, depending on your location

Every order includes tracking — you'll get an email with your tracking details as soon as it ships.

2. Is shipping really free?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on every order within the United States.

3. Where is Mogendo based?

We're a U.S.-based online store focused on wellness, fitness, and home workout essentials – right from the comfort of your own home. We are managed by ECOM ANALYTICA LIMITED and our business contact address is:

4. Where do my orders actually ship from?

While Mogendo is headquartered in the United Kingdom, our products are fulfilled and shipped through a network of international logistics partners and warehouses.

Because of this, the shipping origin may differ from our U.K. business address — your order could be fulfilled and shipped from an international fulfillment center.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also head to our "Track Order" page anytime to check your shipment's status in real time.

6. My product arrived damaged or defective — now what?

Reach out within 48 hours of delivery at support@mogendo.com with a brief description and photos of the issue.

We'll review your case quickly and arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We allow cancellations within 5 minutes of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

8. What's your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from your delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

9. How do I start a return?

  1. Email support@mogendo.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Our team will review your request.
  3. If approved, you'll receive a Return Form along with return instructions.
  4. Ship the package using a shipping company that includes tracking.

Please note: returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

10. How long does a refund take after I return something?

Once we've received and inspected your returned item:

  • You'll receive an email confirmation
  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little extra time to appear on your statement.

    11. Do you have a physical storefront?

    Not at this time. Mogendo operates entirely online, which helps us keep prices competitive while offering shipping nationwide.
