Return and Refund Policy
At Mogendo, your satisfaction matters to us. If something about your order isn't quite right, we're happy to help with a return or refund under the guidelines below.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and undamaged
- It's returned in its original packaging
- You can provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Return requests made after the 30-day window may not qualify for a refund.
Items We Can't Accept Back
- Custom or personalized products
- Hygiene items (unless unopened and unused)
Return Process
- Email support@mogendo.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request.
- If approved, you'll receive a Return Form along with return instructions.
- Ship the package using a shipping company that includes tracking.
Please note: returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- Email us with details about the issue
- Photos are required for verification (and occasionally video, depending on the situation)
- Once reviewed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund
Change of Mind
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
- The return shipment must include tracking
Fulfillment & Return Locations
Mogendo is headquartered in the United Kingdom, but we work with international fulfillment partners to get orders to you efficiently. Because of this, your shipment — and any approved return — may be handled through a facility outside the United States.
If your return is approved, we'll provide the correct return address along with your Return Form. Please hold off on sending anything to our business address unless our team specifically directs you to.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that fulfillment and returns may involve international facilities.
Refund Timeline
Once we've received and inspected your returned item:
- You'll receive an email confirmation
- Refunds are issued within 7 business days
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little extra time to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
Want to swap your item for something else? Reach out to our support team. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement — exchange requests follow the same eligibility rules as standard returns.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
Once verified, we'll offer either a replacement or a full refund.
Order Cancellation
We allow cancellations within 5 minutes of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
