Where We Ship

We currently deliver to addresses within the United States only.

How Orders Are Fulfilled

Mogendo's main office is based in England, United Kingdom — but to get your order to you efficiently, we partner with fulfillment centers and logistics providers around the world.

This means your package may ship from one of our international warehouses. By placing an order with us, you're agreeing that your item(s) may originate from one of these international fulfillment partners.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) once payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM MST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Once ready, your order is dispatched to a trusted carrier — USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL — depending on your location.

Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated 6–12 business days once dispatched (varies by location).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7–14 business days from the date your order is placed, including processing time and shipping time.

These are estimated windows — actual delivery times may shift slightly during high-demand periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

Every order comes with tracking included. As soon as your package ships, you'll get a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey in real time.

Delayed Orders

We do everything we can to keep deliveries on schedule, but occasional delays can happen due to weather, high order volume, or carrier disruptions.

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, let us know as soon as possible at support@mogendo.com. Include your order number and, if relevant, a photo of the damage — we'll sort out a replacement or full refund promptly.
